After your order is placed, please allow me 10 working days to prepare
everything for you. Your order will be shipped with the corresponding
tracking number. As each item is made to order, the sale is final, however, if you don't receive your item in the expected conditions, please contact me via the contact form and I'll be happy to assist you.

Your order will be shipped with Deutsche Post and the corresponding tracking number. Parcels sent within the EU usually takes 5 working days to arrive.
